It allows for load adjustment with a single bolt, making setup easy. The structure features internal and external rollers that rotate in a balanced manner, ensuring stable mold opening and closing operations. The lock bush, designed symmetrically, can be inverted for use even if one side wears out. ■ Mold Opening Control Device "Yuki Lock" This device features a mechanical structure with a release bar and slide lock, ensuring reliable opening and closing operations. It forcibly releases the parting line to prevent damage to components, contributing to reduced production loss and improved productivity. It can operate regardless of the order of mold closing. ■ [New Product] Mold Opening and Closing Control Device "Doo Lock" This device shares component shapes and production processes with "Yuki Lock," pursuing cost reduction.
